At Civik Care Group, we believe care should be clear, consistent and delivered with compassion. That isn’t just a slogan at the bottom of the page. It’s a promise we make every morning when we walk into someone’s home.

I’m Jevon Burns, Director of Operations. I spent ten years in the British Merchant Navy working in health and safety. That shaped everything I do now in care: clear expectations, high standards and zero tolerance for inconsistency. After that I worked hands-on in care supporting people with complex needs and creating care plans that actually work.

Our staff have twelve years of combined experience in health and social care. Together we are building a care model that puts people first every time.

We are currently undergoing CQC registration. That process takes time but it shows we are serious about quality, safety and meeting all the required standards.

Our Mission for home care in Devon:

• To help adults stay in the place they call home safe respected and in control of their own routines. We partner familiar caring faces with rock solid professional standards and care plans shaped around each person’s real needs. Every visit is about purpose not ticking a box.

Our Vision:

• A Devon where dependable care is the default. Where families don’t have to track down who is coming when and clients feel seen not shuffled. We want clients to feel safe confident and respected clients family members to feel relief and carers to feel supported and proud of the work they do.
